HIV and STD Testing Options in Chatham County

The Council partners with the Chatham County Health Department to provide free, after-hours HIV testing in the Council office space in Siler City. The results of the Oraquick finger-prick test are revealed within 20 minutes. Call the Chatham Social Health Council at (919) 742-3762 for more information.

Free HIV and STD testing is available regularly at the Chatham County Health Department. Hours are M-F 8-3:30. Call (919) 742-5641 for an appointment.

Piedmont Health Care Siler City Clinic, (919) 663-1744, offers HIV Testing on a sliding scale and is open M, T, W, F 8-5 and Th 8am-8pm.

Moncure Health Center, (919) 542-4991, offers HIV testing on a sliding scale and is open M-Th 7:30am-8pm, F 7:30-2:30, and Saturday 8-1.
